What is the Fidelity Friends and Family referral program?
The Fidelity Friends and Family program provides Fidelity customers with a simple way to refer friends and family to Fidelity, allowing you to share Fidelity's great value and service in just a few clicks.
How do I participate in Fidelity Friends and Family?
From the Fidelity.com Start page for Fidelity Friends and Family, simply select the Refer Friends and Family Now link to access our easy-to-use referral form. There, simply add the names and email addresses of your friends and family to whom you would like to send this offer. You will have the opportunity to add your own personalized message that will be sent to all of your referrals. When finished entering your referrals' email information, simply select Send, and Fidelity will email the invitation and offer directly to your referrals.
Can I review the invitation email prior to sending?
Yes, on the referral form, simply select the Preview button for an advance look at the email invitation that your referrals will receive.
What if my friend or family member doesn't receive the email invitation?
A referral may not receive the email invitation sent through our referral form for a number of reasons. Your referral may have opted out of receiving marketing communication from Fidelity; the referral's SPAM filters may have prevented delivery; or the referral's email address may no longer be valid or may be blocked due to account compromise. If your referral indicates that he or she did not receive the invitation email, you can resubmit your invitation online or call a Fidelity representative at 800-652-7521 for help sending your invitations.

What does Fidelity do with the referral information that I provide?
How does my referral unsubscribe from Fidelity Friends and Family emails?
In the email invitation your referral receives, your referral simply needs to select the Unsubscribe link to stop future emails regarding Fidelity Friends and Family.
To be notified before a cookie is received, a user can configure his or her browser for alerts, along with the option to refuse a cookie. Note: Refusing cookies from Fidelity.com will prevent you from participating in Fidelity Friends and Family. To learn more about the cookies on your computer, consult the Help file for your Internet browser.
